Ours began when Marius from Norway met Frank from Tanzania.

What started as a friendship soon grew into a shared passion for Tanzania—a country of breathtaking landscapes, extraordinary wildlife, and a warmth and hospitality that leaves a lasting impression on everyone who visits.

Before long, we realized we shared the same vision.

We wanted to introduce Tanzania the way we experience it ourselves. Not through rushed group tours or standardized itineraries, but through carefully crafted journeys where every guest has the time to truly connect with the wildlife, the people, and the unforgettable moments that make a safari so special.

That is how Sentio Safari was born.

The name Sentio comes from Latin and means "to feel" or "to experience." To us, a safari is about far more than simply seeing wildlife. It is about waking up to the sounds of the African bush, spotting your very first lion on the horizon, sharing the silence as the sun sets over the Serengeti, and creating memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Frank was born and raised in Tanzania and knows its wildlife, landscapes, and culture in a way that only a local can. Marius brings a Scandinavian commitment to quality, service, and attention to detail. Together, we combine local expertise with personal care to create safaris that are both authentic and exceptionally comfortable.
